3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

As a user of Aelc European Dating, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful, honest, and lawful manner at all times. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

4. Scam or fraud attempts - Engaging in romance scams, phishing, financial fraud, or any deceptive scheme intended to exploit other users.
5. Automated access - Using bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any automated tool to access, collect, or interact with the platform or its members without express written authorization.
6. Sharing private information - Distributing another member's personal data, photographs, or private communications without their explicit consent.
7. Illegal activity - Using the platform for any purpose that violates federal, state, local, or international law.
8. Multiple accounts - Maintaining more than one active account per individual without prior authorization from Aelc.

Aelc actively monitors the platform for violations and cooperates with law enforcement agencies when necessary to protect user safety.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Aelc European Dating platform - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software - is the property of Aelc European Dating or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The "Aelc" name, logo, and all associated branding elements are registered trademarks of Aelc European Dating and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

By submitting content to the platform (including profile photos, biographical text, and messages), you grant Aelc a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely in connection with operating and improving the platform. You retain all ownership rights to content you create, and you may remove your content at any time by deleting it from your profile or by requesting account deletion.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

Aelc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Engaging in conduct that is harmful to other users, third parties, or the reputation of Aelc
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any time thereafter
• Failure to comply with a request from Aelc to verify your identity or account information
• Non-payment of applicable fees for premium services
• Activity that we reasonably believe constitutes fraud, abuse, or security risk

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature within your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Aelc is not liable for any loss of data associated with account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AELC EUROPEAN DATING, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Aelc provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

Aelc does not conduct criminal background checks on its members and makes no representations or warranties regarding the character, integrity, or behavior of any user. You acknowledge that you interact with other members at your own risk and that Aelc is not responsible for the actions of any individual user, whether online or offline. In no event shall Aelc's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to Aelc in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the Aelc European Dating platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall first be submitted to informal mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Aelc European Dating. All claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

8. Modifications to These Terms

Aelc reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via email and display a prominent notice on the platform.
