Club organized observing for interested members at local/regional star parties. 

1. Cherry Springs Star Party,Cherry Springs State Park in Potter County, June

2. Mason Dixon Star Party, York County, in July

3. Green Bank Star Quest, Green Bank West Virginia, July

4. Black Forest Star Party, Cherry Springs State Park in Potter County, September 

The plan:

To have club members camp close together. The star parties will have astronomy equipment vendors, speakers, door prizes, organized kids activities and the opportunity to observe through a variety of different types and sizes of telescopes.  Links to these star parties are on the Calendar Page.  Announcements on organizing interested members attendance will be made at the club meetings.
